18th April 2010, 10:30am - Intermediate Freestyle (Kota Damansara).

I was unable to attend this class due to a competitive event in Bukit Jalil and had to pass the class to my senior student Zyen Hoo who gave everyone a good cardio workout with HONEY HONEY.dfld and continued with our dance TILT YA HEAD. I shall be back in class for sure on the 25th girls. Have your questions ready for help with technique.
