13th April 2010, 10am - Intermediate LD & FIL (Kota Damansara).

Slow start to the class today as we waited for everyone to arrive and also to switch studio's cos the fan in our usual one wasn't working and it was just soooooo hot. We were missing I-Vee Vee and Cheryl Quan today as they weren't feeling too well. Get well soon girls. We started off with our WARM UP : Chica Boom Boom and REVISED : Funky Fire Dance and because of a request LEARNT : Catherine's Pain by Bronya Bishorek danced to the SONG : A Puro Dolor. This is a FIL dance so we moved slowly while everyone did their best to absorb all the technique that was being explained at the same time. Congratulations to the new girls who have never experienced FIL before for doing their best to understand and apply what was taught.
