5th April 2011, Tues. 8:30pm - Low Intermediate Dance Fit (RCS). 


Today we used WAIT A MINUTE as our warm up, learnt half of SUMMER NIGHTS and use 4 MINUTES as our stamina builder. We had a lovely stretch before we moved into our upper & lower body. Our abs section worked our upper & lower today at 4 levels and we worked at the stamina building level. We of course finished off with our cool down.
