11th January 2011, Tues. 6:15pm - Beginners Dance Fit (SIH). 


After a LONG break we've finally resumes this class and have reverted back to the Dance Fit format. Yay !! We had a small attendance today but it was a great class. We used a fresh routine which I taught to Four Minutes by Madonna & Justin Timberlake. We had a lovely consistent run of the cardio section which we followed immediately with some upper body work. After a short drink break, we moved on to some floor work which went well too and finished off with our stretching. Great class. Looking forward to the next one.
