3rd June 2010, 8:30am - Mid Beginners Dance Fit (Kota Damansara).

Slow start to the class today as we had a little discussion about studio spaces before the class. Today the ladies made good progress in the cardio section using Honey Honey.dfld. They still couldn't make it thru to 30 min worth but were definately longer then last week. Core strength training went more consistently too. Great job everyone. We missed Doris today. Please NOTE : there will be NO class next week, the 10th June.
