Good turn out today. We were only missing I-Vee Vee who had to attend an Easter play her children were in. HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE ! We did a cardio routine to JAZZ IT UP and did some great core work too. We continued with our present routine to TILT YA HEAD and managed another 3 x 8 with everyone working hard to get it smooth.
