YES! Taking one in the morning ensures that your body has the vitamins and minerals it needs to function properly throughout the day. Don't take it on an empty stomach, though; besides causing nausea and heartburn, certain vitamins - including A,D & E - need fat or other nutrients in order to be broken down and fully absorbed. Pop your multi after eating a breakfast that includes protein, carbs, and fat.
